Step 1 : Contact us to discuss your project

Step 2 : Quote & Design Stage

Once we have received details of your site, we will fill out all relevant application forms at the correct timings for all the relevant contractors and networks (this is sometimes 20-30 applications), so that we can provide you with the correct design and most cost effective price along with your project being delivered on time.

We will help you look at required loads to potentially obtain closer POC’s (point of connections) as well as small changes in design that could reduce your costs.

Step 3 : Site Surveys

From making sure you are equipped with the correct required information for contractor site visits as well as looking at the current infrastructure in the area to make sure there is enough available capacity for your development, and if not, what can we do about it?

We will visit site on your timings to make sure every single quote we provide is accurate and will save any errors showing up down the line which could lead to further expenditure not budgeted for.

Step 3 : Can we make you a saving?

Once all prices are received back we will provide you with the cheapest and most cost effective solution for your site. We understand also that cost isn’t always the main issue and that timescales may sometimes be an issue. If this is the case we will discuss those requirements and provide you with a solution which could expedite your timescales.

Step 4 : Payment and acceptance

Once you are happy with the quote we have provided and you have reviewed the utility designs you can make payment for the quote and send us the signed acceptance form.

Step 5 : Delivery / On site installation

This is the fun part! We will make sure you have all of the relevant information to have site ready for the installations to take place, that may be trench depths or equipment being purchased and delivered (we can be on site for this if needed)

If the installations involve existing connections, we can get involved with existing meter removals or installations prior/post installation.
